I think it would be good to do an exercise where you rellay have think about a specific character trait. It’s not about who makes the smoothest looking animation, its about who communicates the character trait(given by you)the best in less than 10 seconds(less is more). So whether you choose to use sound or not, just do whatever is needed, that’s where your creativity comes in.So for example you might give us one of these traits: courageous, cowardly,conceited, confused,jealous, lazy, lonely,etc. Whatever the competition ends up being I am excited for it.

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rahetr sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
